Alumni Co-ordinator

Your single point of contact for all alumni-related queries, registrations, and events. We’re here to keep the bond alive.

About the Alumni Programme

Our Alumni Programme is a lifelong initiative to keep graduates connected with their alma mater. Whether you graduated last year or decades ago, you remain a vital part of our school family. The Alumni Co-ordinator serves as the bridge between former students and the school — facilitating registrations, organising reunions, and supporting mentorship initiatives.

  • Process and verify incoming alumni registration requests from students and teachers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, searchable alumni database.
  • Coordinate alumni meets, reunions, and homecoming events.
  • Facilitate mentorship connections between alumni and current students.
  • Handle all alumni correspondence, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Address queries related to certificates, records, and school documentation.
